Larry L. Conger of Lebanon, Ohio is the President and sole stockholder of G/C Contracting Corporation. Mr. Conger is married and has two sons. He is a 1972 graduate of Lebanon High School and has attended Sinclair College of Dayton, Ohio.

Having been associated with the construction industry since 1973, Mr. Conger has acquired quite a wide range of knowledge and abilities. These include the positions of company president, project manager, job superintendent, bookkeeper, estimator, carpenter, carpenter foreman, concrete finisher, and equipment operator.

Mr. Conger’s 32 years of experience has included the construction and supervision of many projects. Those projects include the construction of many types of buildings, including homes, apartments buildings, churches, medical offices, auto dealerships, schools, professional office buildings, restaurants and more. These projects have been constructed throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Mr. Conger’s years of experience has allowed him to acquire an excellent working relationship with many sub-contractors that ensures the quality and efficiency that are so important in today’s market. However, G/C Contracting Corp. does employ it’s own workforce of carpenters, labors, electricians and equipment operators. We feel that these trades are extremely important in providing our clients a quality and timely completion.

Jacob N. Conger is a graduate of Lebanon High School and attended Miami University. He has been working in the construction industry for the past 15 years. Jacob is second generation and heir to G/C Contracting Corp. and was appointed Vice President of operations in 1997.

He has acquired much knowledge in the construction industry; having worked as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Carpenter Foreman, Carpenter, Concrete Finisher, Estimator, Heavy Equipment Operator, and other commercial trades. His extensive on the job experience has proven invaluable in helping, and providing the leadership needed in successfully completing many of the commercial and residential projects G/C Contracting Corp. has completed to date.

His current duties include the position of Senior Project Manager, Director of Field Operations, and Director of Human Resources.

Jacob’s knowledge and experience will be one of the leading forces of G/C Contracting Corp in the new millennium.

Justin Conger is the third family member G/C Contracting Corp. coming on board in 2001. Justin is responsible for the financial in and outs of G/C Contracting Corp. From managing internal cash flows, to helping clients establish realistic budgets for each project, to tracking each job’s cost and making sure those projects meet there predetermined cost estimate. Justin also acts as Senior Project Manager on several projects currently under construction.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the University of Dayton where he majored in Management Information Systems and Finance and obtain a minor Economics. While at UD Justin was involved in various community service projects and other organizations throughout the UD community. Justin is a 1997 graduate of Lebanon High School and now resides in Hyde Park with his wife Emily.

Zach Burns was hired by G/C Contracting Corp. in 2005 as the company’s first Director of Business Development. Zach is responsible for generating new construction leads, establishing relationships with various centers of influence, and insuring that clients are satisfied throughout the entire building process. He will also head the company’s marketing activities. Zach has over 5 years of business to business sales and marketing experience that he brings to G/C Contracting Corp.

Zach received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University. At Brown, he was an Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today First-Team All-American and two-time All-Ivy League tight end. Zach is a 1995 Lebanon High School graduate and now resides in Lebanon with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Jackson.

Vicky is the office Manager of G/C Contracting Corp. She is a graduate of Little Miami High School and is married with 2 sons.

Her duties include the supervision of the General Office staff, Payroll Department, and Contract Compliance.
